Copthorne Hotel Rotorua, Rotorua

The hotel's location was fantastic, close to all the attractions like the supermarket, Lake front, and exciting activities. The rooms were good enough for our needs, but cleanliness could have been better. The staff was friendly, albeit a bit noisy at times. The dining experience had its ups and downs but had some nice offerings for both local and international guests. Overall, decent value for money with a few hiccups along the way.
